Please do not send bank statements, FBARs, Social Security numbers or other identification numbers by ordinary email. Ordinary email is not a secure way to share them. We will provide a secure upload route when documents are needed.

Privacy requests
To access, correct or delete your personal information, or to use another privacy right, email privacy@fbarguard.com. The Privacy Notice explains your rights.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email support@fbarguard.com with “Complaint” in the subject line. Please include:
- your name and the email address of your FBAR Guard account;
- what happened, and when; and
- what you would like us to do.
Do not attach statements or other sensitive documents.
Cancellation and withdrawal
You can cancel your Annual Plan from your account or by emailing support@fbarguard.com. Cancelling stops future renewals. If you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, you can also exercise it by emailing us. See the Terms of Service for what happens to your records after your subscription ends.
